OurDance Privacy Policy

Summary

OurDance is an app for practicing dance with videos you choose from your own device. OurDance does not require an account. The app does not upload your selected videos to our servers. Videos you choose from Photos or Files are used locally on your device for playback, practice loops, markers, crop, mirror, waveform, and thumbnail features.

Data We Do Not Collect Through the App

OurDance does not ask for or collect the following data through the app, and does not sell or rent it:

• Your selected dance videos.
• Your practice markers, loops, crop settings, or playback speed settings.
• Your name, email address, contacts, location, or payment information through an in-app account, form, or profile.
• Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data.

Data Stored On Your Device

OurDance may store local app data on your device, such as imported video references, generated thumbnails, waveform data, markers, loops, and practice settings. This data is used only to provide the app's practice features.

You can remove this local data by deleting imported items inside the app where available, or by deleting the app from your device.

Photos and Files Access

OurDance asks you to select videos from Photos or Files. The selected videos are used for local practice features. The app does not upload these videos to us.

Apple Diagnostics and Feedback

Apple may process App Store or TestFlight diagnostics under Apple's own privacy terms. If you choose to share diagnostics with developers or submit TestFlight feedback, Apple may provide us with crash reports, comments, screenshots, device information, and related diagnostic information through App Store Connect.

OurDance does not include a third-party analytics SDK. Please avoid including private or sensitive information in free-form feedback comments or screenshots.

Voluntary Support Communications

If you choose to email us for support, we and the email service provider used to deliver your message will receive your email address, message, and any device or app information you voluntarily include. We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support, and retain it only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Please do not attach private or sensitive videos to a support email. If a video sample is explicitly needed to investigate an issue, send only content that you have the right to share.

Children

OurDance is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. If OurDance adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, or any video upload feature in the future, this policy will be updated before those features are released.
